Do you really come to Campbell River?
Yes. We serve Vancouver Island from Victoria to Campbell River. We book visits up Island with you ahead of time.
My cabin has no internet. Can it be monitored?
Yes, if the cell signal is good enough. The Cellular Plan sends alarms over the cell network. We check the signal at the site visit.
Is monitoring the same as in Duncan?
Yes. The same plans, the same station and the same crew. Monitoring is $40 a month on WiFi or $50 a month on cellular, month to month.
What happens in a long power outage?
The sensors run on their own batteries. The Ajax Hub 2 Plus runs up to 15 hours on its backup battery when it uses the cell network.
