Construction site security on Vancouver Island
Alarms with photo verification and recording cameras for active jobsites. A live operator answers every alarm, every night and every weekend. Rent the system by the month, or buy it.
An example night on site
- 5:30 pm
The crew leaves. The site super arms the system with a key fob.
- 2:14 am
A motion sensor in the material yard trips and takes a photo.
- Then
The alarm goes to the monitoring station. The photo goes to your phone in the Ajax app.
- Then
The operator follows your call list and calls the police when needed.
- 7:00 am
The crew arrives. The super disarms the system and looks at the photos in the app.

Who we protect
From one house to a multi-year project, the system fits the site.
Home builders
One system per house or lot. The crew arms it at the end of the day. When the house sells, the rental moves to your next build.
General contractors
Protect the yard, the sea cans, the site office and the building as it goes up. Recording cameras give you footage for the police and your insurer.
Developers
Put several sites on one account. You see the status of every site in one app.
Renovation contractors
Short jobs in empty or occupied buildings. Wireless sensors mean no wires to run through finished walls. We take the system down when you finish.

What goes on your site
Wireless Ajax equipment that goes up fast and moves with the build.
Outdoor motion sensors with cameras
They watch the yard, the fence line and open floors. When one trips, it takes a photo that you can see in the app. They run on batteries, so they need no wiring.
Cellular hub
The hub runs the system. It sends alarms over the cell network, so the site needs no internet. Its backup battery keeps it running if site power drops.
Door sensors
On the site office, the tool crib and the sea cans.
Outdoor siren
A loud siren and a strobe light tell an intruder that the site knows they are there.
Recording cameras
Where the site has power, cameras record day and night. You watch them live from the app and keep the footage for the police and your insurer.
Key fobs and the app
The crew arms and disarms the system with a key fob or the app. You can also arm it on a schedule.
One company from groundbreaking to handover
Camera trailer companies leave when the building is done. We stay, because we also install and monitor the permanent system.
During the build
Jobsite security. Alarms with photo verification and recording cameras, monitored every night and every weekend.
At handover
The permanent system. Access control, cameras and alarms for the finished building. See new construction.
After handover
Monitoring and service from the same local crew that protected the site.
Rent or buy
Both options include live monitoring. We quote each site after a free site visit.

How long it takes and what it costs
How long it takes
A jobsite system is usually up and monitored within two weeks of the site visit.
How pricing works
The site visit is free. You get a written quote to rent or to buy, before any work starts. A rental is one monthly price per site.
Trusted on commercial sites
“Josh has installed security systems on multiple high value commercial locations for us over the years. His experience in the industry, professionalism and value are unparalleled. Look no further for top end and affordable security solutions.”
Questions from builders
Does the site need internet?
No. The hub sends alarms over the cell network. The motion sensors run on batteries. The hub needs a power source, such as temporary site power.
Who gets the call when an alarm goes off?
A live operator at our ULC listed monitoring station gets every alarm. The operator follows your call list, in the order you choose, and calls the police when needed. The photo from the sensor also goes to your phone in the Ajax app.
Can you change the system as the build changes?
Yes. Tell us when the site changes, for example from framing to lock up, and we move the sensors to cover the new risk.
Do the cameras need power?
Yes. Recording cameras need power where they are mounted. On sites without power, the motion sensors with built in cameras still take a photo with every alarm.
Can we keep the system when the job ends?
Yes. You can buy the system, or move the rental to your next site.
