The sensors run on their own batteries. The Ajax Hub 2 Plus runs up to 15 hours on its backup battery when it uses the cell network.

On the Cellular Plan, alarms reach the station when a storm takes out the internet.
Sealed cameras
Ajax cameras are rated IP65, sealed against dust and rain.
How we serve the West Coast
Our office and shop are in Duncan. We book West Coast and Alberni Valley installs and service visits with you ahead of time.
At the site visit, we check the cell signal at your property. Then we tell you which plan will work best.

The sensors run on batteries, and the hub has a backup battery. On the Cellular Plan, alarms reach the station when the internet is down.
Can I check my rental from home?
Yes. Alarms, camera clips and leak alerts come to your phone.
Is monitoring the same as in Duncan?
Yes. The same plans, the same station and the same crew. Monitoring is $40 a month on WiFi or $50 a month on cellular, month to month.
